Good and the best location with parking on-site. Also, easy to access to major tourist spot. A great selection of amazing food at breakfast time.

Hotel was little, excellent services, and it had ideal location right in the center. The atmosphere created was quiet. Location: the venue was close enough to Penang Island, the free bus that stops at most tourist attractions and Komtar which is the heart of Georgetown.

The room had pleasant views of the hills. the bed and pillows were comfy. - the staff was especially helpful and very friendly. - the parking was on-site. - the hotel's location was very central, a short walk to many restaurants and the center of Georgetown and Penang Island.

Nice building and rooms with good value for money. Ideal quiet location, close to all attractions. - Right by many restaurants, the airport, and Komtar. - Near a 24-hour McDonald's, food restaurants, and grocery shops.

The hotel upgraded me to a lovely, spacious, and newly furnished room overlooking the hills. the room had a cozy decor and a fairly clean bathroom.

Clean and Decent rooms, but out-of-the-way location

Although the hotel's location was a bit out of the way, we appreciated the super quiet place.

The hotel is spotless and offers views of the hills. It is conveniently located near Penang Times Square, a 24-hour McDonald's, a big supermarket, shopping center, and Georgetown. This makes it a very central accommodation option in Penang, Malaysia.

The place was modern and clean. the staff members were fairly friendly and excellent at suggesting local places. It was brand-new, neat, and with a nice view. Really enjoyed my stay, had a comfortable experience.

The location was perfect being on a quiet street but still close to the town. The staff was really helpful especially Mr Wan. The amenities in the room were great, such as the air conditioning, sitting area, and flat-screen TV. The wi-fi was also really fast which was a plus.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends for a comfortable stay with great service and amenities.

our experience at the Ink Hotel in George Town was fantastic. It proved to be a delightful choice for us, serving as a wonderful home base to explore the city. We were thrilled to find that they had provided us with a double room furnished with double beds, just as we had requested during the booking process.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, value for money, limited parking but valet service available, friendly staff.

Can't fault anything about it.
